2/3 lb (300 gm) pork
1/2 tbsp potato starch
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt, ground black peppercorn to taste
lettuce
Directions:
Dice pork finely, season with salt and pepper, pour with soy sauce, sprinkle with starch diluted in little water, and let stay for 20-30 minutes.

Fry the prepared meat until ready.

Serve on lettuce leaves.
