2/3 lb (300 gm) scallop muscle
1 tbsp rice vodka (sake)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lemon
parsley greens
Directions:
Thaw scallop muscle meat in the open air at room temperature.

Mix soy sauce with rice vodka. Cover the queens with the mixture and fry in heated vegetable oil for 10 minutes.

Serve hot topped with lemon and greens.
