Cut fish into chunks, wash in cool water, season with half of the sugar and salt, add vinegar and marinate for 30 minutes. Skin the marinated fish, cut fillet into chunks.
Wash rice, pour with hot water 1:2 and boil until ready, take off the heat and leave in covered pan for more 10-15 minutes.
To make dressing mix the rest sugar and salt with vodka, soy sauce. Bring the mixture to a boil. Combine rice with the dressing and stir.
Wash beans, boil until ready, then cut into chunks.
Combine fish, rice and beans before serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped greens.
