Products Needed:
8 pieces, 8 oz each flounder
1/2 lb field mushrooms
3 oz slab bacon
7 oz butter
8 stalks dill greens
2 onions
2 lemons
9 tbsp lemon juice
8 tbsp wheat flour
salt, pound black pepper
Directions:

1. Clean flounder, pour it with lemon juice, salt, pepper and leave for 40-50 minutes.

2. Slice mushrooms, cut onion and lard into dices, mix all and fry.

3. Cover the fish with flour and fry in butter, then cook through it in oven.

4. When serving, place fish on a platter, scatter over mushroom mass and top with lemon and greens.
