– Rinse the marrow, peel and remove seeds, slice and pour water to cover it. Boil 2-3 min. and draw covered 5-6 min. Chill.
– Take the marrow out of broth and mince along with brynza.
– Add the chopped eggs, onion and vegetable oil to the paste. Mix well.
– Place in salad bowl and garnish with the greens when serving.
