1/2 cup dried bananas
1/2 cup dried apricots
3 tbsp walnuts
1 oz (30 gm) orange candied fruits
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp each ground ginger and cinnamon
2 wafers cakes
Directions:
To make stuffing, wash bananas and dried apricots, dry and grind together with candied orange peel. Chop nuts. Blend the prepared products with cinnamon and ginger.

Put the stuffing on a wafer cake, level the surface and cover with another wafer cake and press slightly. Let stay for 30 minutes, then cut optionally.
