Products Needed:
4 2/5 lb. beef tongue
1 1/3 lb. mushrooms
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 bulbs onion
2 cups walnuts
5 cloves garlic
2 cups sour cream
parsley greens
black pepper ground to taste
salt to taste
Directions:

Cook the tongue, skin, cut into large cubes.

Bathe mushrooms, slice and fry in oil.

Cut onion into rings, sautee until golden, mix with mushrooms and add to the tongue.

Cream nuts and garlic until homogeneous, mix with sour cream, salt, pepper, pour with the sauce and stew until done.

Serve hot, seasoning with chopped greens.
