Products Needed:
1 1/2 cup rice 1 lb flesh beef 3 spring onion leaves 1 orange 1 clove garlic 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp starch 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp ginger 2 tbsp soy sauce

Directions: 1. Cook rice until done.
2. Chop onion. Mince orange zest, press the juice. Mix soy sauce with sugar, starch and juice.
3. Fry onion in oil with minced ginger, garlic and zest.
4. Fry shredded meat apart, then add onion and sauce. Stew all until done.
5. Serve the meat with rice.
