Products Needed:
1/2 lb chopped veal
1 1/2 lb flesh beef
1 stale bun
5 tbsp milk
1 egg
1 bunch spring onion
2 bunches basil
6 onions
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup red wine
1 cup cream
2 tbsp wheat flour
salt, pound black pepper to taste
Directions:

1. Cut buns into dices, mix with milk and an egg. Cut spring onion into rings. Mince basil. Mix it with veal.

2. Beet beef, salt, pepper, put forcemeat and shape a roll.

3. Fry onion and the roll in oil. Then pour wine and stew for 1,5 hour.

4. Take the meat out. Then add cream to the exuding juice, bring the mixture to boil, then add stirring dried flour. Serve the roll in prepared sauce with vegetable garnish.
