Boil meat, cut into chunks.
Chopped garlic and onion blend with vegetable oil and soy sauce.
Slice cucumber, peel and core pear, slice and scald with hot water, cool.
Combine the prepared meat with cucumber, pear and finely cut pepper. Season with mustard, soy sauce, salt. Stir. Place in a cold place for 30 minutes.
Before serving top with egg slices, greens and nuts.
