Products Needed:
4 lb undercut 5 green apples 1 tbsp butter 2 tbsp olive oil 5 cloves garlic 1 tsp sugar 2 cups red wine juice of 1 lemon pound black pepper salt

Directions: 1. Mix wine with pound garlic, pepper and salt, pour meat with the mixture and leave for 2 hours.
2. Put the meat with marinade on the greased baking tray and bake over 465°F until golden.
3. Peel apples, slice, add sugar, butter and lemon juice. Simmer under a lid over law heat until soften. Then mash apples with the broth.
4. Serve the meat with prepared apple puree.
