1. Season loin with salt, pepper, brush it with oil and put on the baking tray. Add a dollop of water and bake, pouring from time to time with exuding juice.
2. Remove apples kernels, cut each apple into quarters, season with sugar, salt, pour with juice from the loin baking. Stew apples under a lid until apples soften.
3. Cut prepared loin into equal thin slices, place them on a platter, scatter stewed apples around.
4. Serve the juice from the baking apart.
