Products Needed:
1 lb flesh pork 1 tbsp rosemary 6 tbsp vegetable oil 1-2 cloves pound garlic 2 toasts without crusts 4 tomatoes chopped marjoram, thyme and red pepper, ground, 1 tsp each 2 egg yolks 1 tbsp mustard grains

Directions: 1. Mix rosemary with marjoram, cumin, red pepper and a half of oil. Cut meat into portions, pour with prepared marinade overnight.
2. Chop garlic, break toasts, mix with yolks, mustard, salt and stir up.
3. Take the meat out the marinade. Add marinade to the breadcrumbs and stir up.
4. Rub meat with pepper and fry in a part of the remaining oil.
5. Make cross score in tomatoes, brush them with oil, season with salt.
6. Brush medallions with bread mass and fry on grill with tomatoes.
