Праздничный стол. Шаг за шагом
6 chicken fillets
1 lb carrot
6 eggs
6 tbsp wheat flour
1 tsp lemon zest
6 tbsp melted butter
salt
Directions:
1. Beet flesh a little, cover it with flour.

2. Mix eggs with flour, salt, zest and grated coarsely carrot.

3. Cover the schnitzel with prepared mixture and fry in butter until done.

4. Garnish the schnitzel with fried potatoes and fresh vegetables.
