1. Make score in chicken flesh, shaping pockets. Salt and pepper.
2. Cut cheese into 4 slices and put it into “pockets”.
3. Turn each chicken piece in 2 bacon slices, stick with picks. Bake for 20-25 minutes over 355°F.
4. To prepare sauce, bring chicken stock to boil, add starch, honey and bring to boil again.
5. When serving, place chicken breasts on a platter and pour them with prepared sauce.
