1. Cut chicken into pieces, salt and fry in a part of oil.
2. Skin tomatoes, remove seeds, slice and fry in the remaining oil. Add flour and pound garlic, fry for additional 10 minutes.
3. Cook mushrooms, slice.
4. Pour wine and 2 oz of mushroom broth in tomato mixture, prepare the sauce. Salt it.
5. Mix chicken with mushrooms and sliced olives, pour with the sauce and cook through.
6. Slice bread and fry.
7. Place prepared chicken on a platter, pour it with the sauce. Scatter toasts around.
