2/3 lb (300 gm) ruff fillet
1 lemon
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp cottage cheese
1 tangerine
1 tbsp sour cream
2 oz (50 gm) parsley greens
salt, ground black peppercorn to taste
Directions:
Sprinkle the fish fillet with lemon juice and marinate for 30 minutes.

Wash parsley greens, cut a portion and fry in vegetable oli.

Peel tangerine and divide into segments.

Season the fish with salt, pepper, add fried greens, dress with sour cream, cover with tangerine segments. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Top the ready dish with greens. Garnish with boiled rice.
