Simmer fish fillet, adding butter, until done ,cool, mince with squids twice.
Whisk butter, add grated cheese, prepared squids with fish. Dress with salt, pepper, add khmeli-suneli, nutmeg and 3-4 tbsp of the stock from simmering.
Whisk the mixture, shape the baton and refrigerate.
When serving, cut the baton into portion pieces, arrange on lettuce leaves and top with lemon slices.
