7 oz canned sea kale
1 onion
1 pickled cucumber
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 1/2 oz mushrooms, salted
Directions:
Shared onion and fry in oil, add shredded mushrooms and cucumber, fry for 5-7 minutes. Cool.
Mix with sea kale.
Before serving, top with greens.
