Products Needed:
2/3 lb (300 gm) beef liver 1 cup rice 1/2 cup green peas 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp wheat wheat flour 1 tsp soy sauce 3-4 tangerines, tinned salt, ground red peppercorn to taste

Directions: Sort out rice, wash and boil until ready, then cast in a colander.
Simmer peas, mix with rice, dress with a portion of soy sauce and let stay in warm place.
Wash liver, remove pellicles and dice. Season with salt, pepper, roll in flour. Stir in strongly heated vegetable oil and sprinkle with the rest soy sauce.
When serving put liver on rice and peas garnish, top with tangerine segments.
