1 tbsp rice
4 cups water
4 tomatoeses
2 potatoes
1 parsley root
1 onion
1 carrot
3 tbsp vegetable oil
ground pepper, bay leaf
2-3 cloves garlic
salt
parsley greens
Directions:
– Put the rice into boiling and salted water and cook until half-ready. Cut the potatoes in bars, add to the rice

– Fry in oil parsley root cut in stripes, onion — in rings, and coarse grated carrot

– Cut tomatoes in cloves and fry both sides. Combine fried vegetables with rice and potatoes, season with the salt, spices and cook the soup until ready

– Add the fine chopped garlic and greens before serving
