1/3 lb cooked or canned scallops flesh
2-3 cooked potatoes
4 tbsp green peas, tinned
1 boiled egg
2 apples
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp lemon juice
Directions:
Cut scallops, potatoes, an egg and peeled apples into cubes.

Mix prepared ingredients with green peas, dress with lemon juice and mayonnaise, mixed with sour cream.

When serving, top the salad with greens.
