5 oz (150 gm) fresh mushrooms(Boletus luteus, ceps, russules) 4 cups water 1 potato 1 tbsp butter 1 onion 4 cups milk dill and parsley greens salt, spices | Directions: – Cut the potato in bars, onion in stripes and fry in oil.
– Boil the milk.
– Slice the mushrooms, put in boiling water and cook. Add the potato, onion and milk.
– Season the soup with the salt and spices. Serve with the sour cream sprinkled with greens. |
