Products Needed:
1 cup rice 4 tbsp soy sauce salt to taste parsley greens 4/5 cup red tinned kidney beans

Directions: Wash rice, pour with cool water, bring to a boil and boil over low heat for 20 minutes until all the water absorbed.
Soak beans for 5-6 hours in cool water, boil for 1 hour, drain water, cast beans in a colander and dry.
Mix beans with rice, season with salt and steam for 30 minutes.
Top with green when serving. Serve soy sauce separately.
