Products Needed:
1/2 lb (250 gm) pineapple, tinned 2 tomatoeses 2 oranges 1 lemon juice 1/2 tsp sugar 3 tbsp cream lettuce

Directions: Drain liquid from pineapple chunks. Scald tomatoes with hot water, peel, cut into slices. Peel oranges, divide into segments and remove pellicle.
Combine the prepared products, season with a portion of sugar and lemon juice, cool.
Before serving put cooled mix on lettuce leaves, cover with cream, sugar and lemon juice mix.
