Products Needed:
2 lb crucian 4 tbsp sour cream 3 tbsp flour juice of 1 lemon ground black pepper, salt parsley greens 1 tbsp minced dill seeds

Directions: Clean the fish, dock the skin, pour with lemon juice, leave for 30-40 minutes.
Mix flour with salt, dill seeds, pepper and cover the fish with this mixture.
Fry the fish on the grill for 6-8 minutes each side.
Brush hot fish with sour cream and serve with greens.
