Products Needed:
3 1/2 oz cheese
3 slices stale white bread
3 tbsp water
3 spring onion leaves
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped parsley greens
1 tsp chopped dill greens
1 egg
2 cups flour
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 pickled cucumber
salt, ground black pepper
1 1/2 lb white-fish fillet
Directions:

Soak bread in water. Then mince with fish fillet, add salt, chopped spring onion, lemon juice, pepper, put greens, an egg and cheese. Stir the mass well, then whisk.

Shape cutlets,cover them with flour and fry on the hot grill for 2-3 minutes each side until done and until golden crusts.

Mix mayonaise with chopped cucumber.

Serve the cutlets hot with prepared sauce.
