1 1/3 lb flesh mutton
1 onion
1/2 liter kefir
1 tbsp vegetable oil
salt, ground black pepper
Directions:
Cut meat into cubes, salt, pepper, season with chopped onion, cover with kefir and marinate for 6 hours.

Then dry the meat, put on skewers, brush with oil and fry on grill for 25-30 minutes.

Serve the shashliks with baked potatoes, coriander or parsley greens.
