1 1/2 lb flesh beef 2 tbsp butter ground black pepper, salt parsley and dill greens canned fruits (peach, pineapple, pear), 4 slices each | Directions: Cut the beef into 4 portion pieces, beet, pepper and brush with buter.
Fry the meat for 15-20 minutes both sides, salt at the end of frying.
Put fruit slices on each meat piece and fry under a grill for additional 2-3 minutes.
Serve the steaks hot, topping with greens. |
