Products Needed:
1 1/2 lb mutton 4 slices cheese 2 tbsp butter salt, ground black pepper lettuce leaves

Directions: Cut mutton into 4 pieces along the bones. Clean the bones, beet the flesh, pepper and brush with butter.
Fry the chops on grill for 15-20 minutes each side. Salt at the end of frying.
Put cheese slices on each meat piece and fry in the grill until cheese melts.
Serve them eat with fresh vegetables, topping with greens stalks or lettuce leaves.
