Products Needed:
1 1/2 lb flesh beef 2 oz mint 2 cups vegetable oil 1 lemon juice salt, ground black pepper

Directions: Chop mint, mix with lemon juice, add salt, pepper, oil and stir.
Cut beef into 4 pieces and put in prepared marinade for 2 hours.
Fry prepared meat on grill for 3-4 minutes each side.
Serve the meat with fresh or baked vegetables and lettuce leaves.
