Chop onion, slice apples, remove the kernels.
Mix onion with crusts, eggs, sherry and greens, salt, pepper, add apples and stir.
Fill in chickens with prepared muxture, sew up belly-pieces, rub the chikens outside with carry. Fry the chickens on grill until done, turning from time to time.
Serve the chickens with lettuce leaves and fresh vegetables.
