Products Needed:
1/2 lb (250 gm) beef 2 tomatoeses 1 yellow sweet pepper 2 tbsp apple vinegar 2 cloves garlic 2 tbsp olive oil 1 1/3 oz (40 gm) lettuce salt, ground black peppercorn to taste

Directions: Cut beef fillet into stripes and fry in a portion of butter until ready. Add salt and pepper.
Cut tomatoes and sweet pepper finely, mix with apple vinegar, the rest of the butter, chopped garlic, stir and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Put the hot beef and vegetable mix on a dish covered with lettuce leaves.
