Products Needed:
6 bananas 6 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp butter 6 tsp red currant jam 3 tsp lemon juice 3 egg whites

Directions: Peel bananas, halve along, put on greased foil cut down and brush with jam.
Whisk egg whites with sugar and lemon juice, put over bananas, combine foil edges over.
Bake bananas on a grill for 5 minutes.
Cool, before serving.
