Products Needed:
6 bananas 2 tbsp rum 1/2 cup sugar 2 tbsp butter 2/3 lb double cream

Directions: Mix sugar with rum, add butter and cook through for 5 minutes over high heat.
Peel bananas, cut into 8 pieces and put in prepared mass, cook through for 1-2 minutes.
Serve the bananas cold with whisked cream.
