Products Needed:
4 oranges 2 apples 3 1/2 oz cookies 4 tbsp yoghurt 2 tbsp orange liqueur 4 tbsp cream 4 tsp powdered sugar 1 tsp pound cinnamon

Directions: Halve oranges, take out the pulp and cut it into cubes. Add peeled and sliced apples, broken cookies, dress with yogurt and liqueur.
Fill in the oranges halves with prepared mass.
When serving, top the orange ramekins with cream, whisked with powdered sugar and season with cinnamon.
