2/3 lb (300 gm) butter
1 cup powdered sugar
3 eggs
2 tbsp cognac
2 tbsp almonds, chopped
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Directions:
Mix eggs with sugar powder and heat stirring constantly until the sugar powder dissolves. Cool.

Add butter to the cooled egg mix. Stir well, add vanilla sugar, cognac and almonds.

Put the ready cream in ramekins and cool. Use fruits and berries for topping.
