Products Needed:
1 pineapple
3/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 cups cream
1 tbsp gelatin
Directions:

Soak gelatin in 2 cups of boiled cold water, then melt in water bath.

Slice pineapple and simmer in 1 cup of water until the liquid evaporates, then mash through a sieve and mix with sugar and whisked cream.

Pour prepared gelatin in the pineapple mass and stir. Put the mass in the pudding mold and cool.

Before serving, remove the marsh-mallow on a platter. Top with pineapple slices.
