Products Needed:
1/10 oz yeast 3 tbsp sugar citric acid to taste 4 cups water 3 1/2 oz dried apples

Directions: Pour apples with boiling water, cover with a lid, cool. Then drain the water, add sugar, yeast and stir. Leave without the lid until the froth appears.
Then pour the drink in glass dish and keep in refrigerator.
Serve cold.
