Products Needed:
4/9 lb. flesh beef 3 eggs 1/6 lb. spring onion 1 tsp. wheat flour 2 tbsp. butter 2 cups milk parsley greens dill greens salt to taste

Directions: Mince meat twice.
Whisk eggs, add shredded spring onion, salt, flour and milk. Mix with forcemeat and stir up.
Pour prepared mass in greased mold, put in oven and cook until done.
When serving, put omelet on the garnish (simmered rice or potato free) and top with greens.
