Chop butter with flour, add sugar, egg, soda and stir up. Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll out into two layers.
Put one dough layer on the bottom of the greased mold, put over fruit jelly cubes, cover with the second dough layer.
Bake over 355-390°F for 35-40 minutes.
When serving, cut the baking into cubes and season with powdered sugar.
