Products Needed:
2 cups wheat flour 1 tbsp sugar 1 1/2 oz butter 6 tbsp sour cream 1/4 tsp baking soda salt 1/2 tsp caraway seeds

Directions: Mix sour cream with sugar and 1/4 tsp of salt. Whisk soften butter, add sour cream step by step. Then pour flour, mixed with soda and knead the dough quickly.
Then roll out the dough into a layer, cut into stripes, season with salt, mixed with thyme, arrange on greased baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes over 430-445°F.
