Products Needed:
5 tbsp wheat flour
6 tbsp sugar
6 eggs
1/2 cup almonds
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Directions:

Divide egg yolks from whites, cream yolks with 3/4 of sugar, then whisk the mass.

Whisk whites apart, at the end of whisking add the remaining sugar. Mix whisked yolks with flour, then add whites and stir.

Put the dough into a thin layer on the parchment papper, put in on the baking sheet, season over with chopped nuts.

Bake over 390-410°F for 10-15 minutes.

When serving, cut the biscuit into squares and season with powdered sugar.
