Products Needed:
1 cup sugar 1/10 tsp vanilla sugar 1/2 cup chopped nuts 5 egg whites

Directions: Whisk egg whites, at the end of whisking add sugar and vanilla sugar.
Grease and flour baking sheet, put over whisked eggs through the pastry bag, season with nuts.
Heat oven until 195-210°F, dry the pastries for 30-40 minutes.
