Products Needed:
3 cups pancake flour 1 lb cottage cheese 1/3 lb butter 4 eggs 1 1/2 cup condensed cream with sugar 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Directions: Cream butter with cream, adding yolks one by one. Add mahsed cottage cheese, then put lemon juice, stir, pour flour and whisked egg whites. Stir the mass again and put in greased mold. Bake over 355°F for 35-40 minutes.
When serving, season the cake with powdered sugar.
