Products Needed:
2 cups wheat flour
1/2 lb butter
1 cup powdered sugar
5 eggs
3 tbsp coffee grains
1/2 tsp baking soda
3 1/2 oz sultana

Directions: MInce coffee grains, boil in 2 cups of water, filter.
Cream butter with sugar, add egg by egg, then pour coffee, stir, add flour, soda, sultana and stir up.
Put the dough in greased and floured cake mold.
Bake the cake over 355°F for 50-60 minutes. Top the cake with whisked cream.
