2 oz pork fat
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp green peas
2 oz ham
1/2 cup wheat flour
salt, pound black pepper to taste
1 lb flesh veal
Directions:
Prepare the batter of milk, flour and eggs. Add peas and sliced ham and lard.

Cut meat into portion pieces, beat, salt, pepper, cover with flour, dip in prepared batter and deep-fry until done.

Garnish the meat with potato and marinated fruits.
