1 lb flesh pork
2 tbsp butter
1 cup cream
1/4 cup cognac
salt, pound black pepper to taste
1 tbsp soy sauce
Directions:
Cut meat into portion pieces, salt and pepper. Fry in butter until done.

Whisk cream with sauce, salt and pepper. Bring the mass to boil, add cognac and cook down.

When serving, pour the meat with prepared sauce, garnish with cooked vegetables.
