1 cup long grain rice
1 1/3 cup fresh frozen shrimps
1 onion
4 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp orange juice
1 lb (500 gm) green beans, tinned
1/4 lemon
salt, ground black peppercorn to taste
lettuce
Directions:
Wash rice and boil in salted water until ready, then cast in the colander and wash with cool boiled water.

Wash and shell shrimps, fry them in vegetable oil for 1 minute.

Drain the liquid out of green peas.

Chop onion finely and fry in vegetable oil until crisp and golden.

Dress the rice with orange juice, salt and peppercorn, place on lettuce leaves together with green beans, fried shrimps and onion.

Serve the salad chilled, topped with lemon
