Slice pork and sausage.
Mix greens with butter.
Brush pork slices with the butter, cover with 2 sausage slices, shape rolls and stick with picks. Fry the rolls.
Shred pepper, add to the rolls with onion, fry, pour stock and stew until done.
Take the rolls out, pour cream, salt, pepper and cook through.
When serving, arrange the roll on a platter and pour the sauce.
